Dry Roasting / Toasting
Dry Roasting seeds & kernels brings great flavor, odor and taste. Making it a ready-to-eat snack for e.g. salads, yoghurts or pre-packs. We only roasts seeds & kernels - No Nuts, No Peanuts. Roasting is done in a continuous process - gentle motion - using indirect heat at temperatures of 180 °C up to 240 °C. A continuous roasting process gives homogenius results with high capacity output. Roasting grades from light to very dark can be achieved. Setting & saving customer recipes in the PC/PLC controlled process guantees same results batch after batch.
