Blending

Blending is a key activity of our processing lines. Client-specific blends and blends from our own selection. Quality homogeneous blending, e.g. seeds of 0.50 mm with kernels of 6.00 mm, requires the right machines. However, only a correct blending process guarantees: accurately measured components, fully automatic batch production,and buffer storage without separation.

Automatic system

Blending Seeds & Kernels correctly has to be done in batches. Dosing accurate components (step 1), exact blending time (step 2) and internal transport (step 3). More steps than a continuous process but better results. Much better. Our PC/PLC-controlled process automation ensures: exact silo dosing, exact mixing times, exact calculation of mixing content and start-up of next batch.
